The purpose of this conference is to gather leading experts around the world to teach each other, students and other mathematicians many different facets of moduli spaces and their powerful applications in geometry, topology, analysis and theoretical physics, and to initiate possible collaboration between people from different subjects and train young people.

关于不可压缩Navier-Stokes方程及其相关的不可压缩流体力学方程组整体解的存在性和不存在性，光滑解的爆破机制以及解的奇性机构等一直是流体力学数学理论和非线性偏微分方程的核心课题。 其中关于三维不可压缩Navier-Stokes方程组整体光滑解的存在性或初值是具有限能量的光滑函数，局部光滑解是否在有限时间内爆破是Clay研究所公布的七大千禧年问题之一。这个问题的研究不仅具有深刻的数学意义，同时也具有强烈的应用背景。我们研讨班成员长期以来以不可压缩流体力学方程组作为研究对象并围绕相关内容在晨兴数学中开展相关的系列研讨活动。
