Title: Oriented cohomology theory on Deligne-Mumford stacks and algebraic cobordism

Abstract: Following Quillen and Levine-Morel, we define oriented theories on the category of Deligne-Mumford stacks over a ground field. The main example of such theories is still Chow group(ring) functor. By using extension of scalars and theorems of Riemann-Roch type, we find a universal theory with rational coefficients on a subcategory in characteristic zero. During the way, we find some interesting phenomenons in the setting of stacks.
