| Abstract: | Solutions of some A-hypergeometric equations contain period integrals of some hypersurfaces in toric varieties. Huang--Lian--Yau--Zhu showed that when then toric variety is smooth, solutions of A-hypergeometric equations can be characterized in terms of relative cohomology groups. Joint with Tsung-Ju Lee, we explain how to generalize their result to possibly singular toric varieties. |
