Abstract: In a Shimura varieties of unitary type (n-1, 1), one can define special (integral) divisors and their Green functions, indeed by non-negative integers m. They can form a generating series, arithmetic theta series. We will describe how to define them and prove that it is modular. With this result, we can define arithmetic theta lifting and use it prove some high dimensional analogue of Gross-Zagier-Zhang formula.
