Abstract: We discuss Herr complex for (phi, Gamma)-modules with coefficients in p-adically complete Noetherian Zp-algebras (5.1). Then we study families of maximally non-split extensions of rank 1 (phi, Gamma)-modules (5.3). We also discuss some general theory on residue gerbes, and the dimension of algebraic stacks..
