Title: Affine Springer fibers and Arthur’s weighted orbital integrals

Abstract: The affine Springer fiber is a natural geometric object designed to study the orbital integrals-weighted or not. In this talk, I will explain my work on the geometry of the affine Springer fibers, and its application to the calculation of Arthur’s weighted orbital integrals.
