On the Gan-Gross-Prasad conjecture and related problems.

Abstract 

The Gan-Gross-Prasad conjecture is an important problem in the theory of automorphic forms and L-functions. We first explain the conjecture, and then discuss related problems that have been investigated through my joint with Lei Zhang, Baiying Liu, and Bin Xu.
