Title: Physical rigidity of Frenkel-Gross connection
Abstract: Frenkel-Gross connection is a remarkable cohomologically irregular G-connection on the projective line. In this talk, we show this connection is determined by its local monodromies, i.e. it is physically rigid. This confirms the de Rham version of a conjecture of Heinloth-Ng^o-Yun. The proof is based on the construction of the Hecke eigensheaf of a connection with only generic oper structure, using the localization of Weyl modules. Time permitting, we will describe a conjectural generalization proposed by Yun that relates theta connections to Langlands parameters of Epipelagic representations.
