Title: Green's Conjecture on Syzygies of Canonical Curves
Abstract: Geometry of Syzygies describes the relation between the geometry of projective varieties and the algebra of their equations. The interests of this talk focus on the cases of projective curves. Among all questions, Green's conjecture on the syzygies of canonical curves attracts people the most. In this talk, I will briefly discuss its history and recent progress, including my work over positive characteristic fields.
