Title: Weak type (1,1) of oscillatory singular integral operators with rough kernels
Abstract: Oscillatory integrals are a class of important integral operators in harmonic analysis. For a long time, an open problem was whether the oscillatory integrals are of weak type (1,1) if the kernel function has no any regularity (smoothness), which are not within the scope of the standard Calder\'{o}n-Zygmund theory. In this paper, we give a conform answer to the problem.
