Title: Modularity of arithmetic theta series

Abstract: Arithmetic theta series is the generating series of special cycles on Shimura varieties. As an analogue of classical theta series, it is expected to have modularity. In this talk, we will talk about various results and applications about the modularity of arithmetic theta series.
