Title: Flapoti: A New Algorithm for Ideal-to-Isogeny Translation with Fixed Ideal

Abstract: We propose Flapoti, a new method for ideal-to-isogeny translation that directly uses the smallest equivalent ideal in the input ideal class in SQISign. Unlike Qlapoti and Qlapoty, which construct two auxiliary equivalent ideals, Flapoti employs this fixed smallest ideal and con structs only one additional equivalent ideal. Thereby the corresponding KeyGen and Sign cost in the SQIsign scheme is reduced significantly. This is a joint work with Keteng Huang and Zheng Xu.
